FAQ's for Pricing and How We Work
Every project is different, so we tailor our pricing to suit your requirements.
Depending on the type of content you need, we may quote per image, by the half or full day, or provide a custom project quote.
Before we begin, we'll discuss your products, objectives and creative requirements to recommend the most cost-effective approach for your project.
Our per-image eCommerce photography is available for a minimum of 12 images at $26.50 per image, plus an $85 administration and studio setup fee. If your project is better suited to a half or full-day production, we'll let you know during the quoting process and recommend the most cost-effective option for your products.
The number of final images depends on the complexity of the products and the style of photography.
Simple eCommerce products can be photographed much faster than styled campaigns, jewellery, ghost mannequin photography or products requiring suspension, styling or complex lighting.
We'll work with you to develop a detailed shot list before the shoot and advise whether your project is better suited to per-image pricing or a half or full day booking, ensuring you receive the best value for your budget.
Our pricing includes professional photography, use of our Sydney studio (where applicable), lighting and camera equipment, an assistant or digi tech, colour correction and basic retouching.
For per-image eCommerce photography, background removal (deep etching) and optional soft or hard shadows are also included when requested prior to the shoot.
If your project requires advanced retouching, specialist styling, models, locations or other production services, these will be quoted separately before work begins.
We'll always provide a detailed quote outlining exactly what's included, so there are no surprises.
Additional costs only apply if your project requires services beyond the agreed scope, such as specialist retouching, food stylists, hair and makeup artists, prop hire, location fees, models or usage licensing where applicable.
Any optional costs will always be discussed and approved before the shoot.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your shoot date.

Yes. After the shoot, we'll prepare a proof gallery for your review where applicable.
Once you've selected your preferred images (or approved the full set for eCommerce projects), we'll complete the final retouching and prepare the finished files for delivery.
This process ensures you're involved at the right stage and that the final images meet your expectations.
Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of your project, but we're known for delivering high-quality photography and video with fast turnaround times.
We'll provide an estimated delivery schedule with every quote so you know exactly what to expect.
If you have a tight deadline, we also offer an express turnaround service for many projects. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of work and production schedule, so let us know your deadline when requesting a quote and we'll advise the best option
We supply professionally edited, web-resolution files ready for immediate use. Images are typically delivered as JPEGs, with TIFF, PNG or transparent background files available where required. Video is supplied in MP4 format.
If you require specific image dimensions, resolutions or file formats for your website, print, advertising or internal systems, simply let us know before the shoot and we'll deliver files to your specifications.
If you need to use them on the Iconic, Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce or other platforms just let us know prior to the shoot and we can ensure they are sized correctly.

Providing brand guidelines or reference images before the shoot is extremely helpful and allows us to plan the production accordingly.
Yes. We regularly coordinate photographers, models, stylists, hair and makeup artists, food stylists and prop sourcing depending on the project.
For simpler styled shoots we often style in-house, while larger campaign productions may involve specialist creatives to achieve the desired look.
We'll recommend the right team based on your brief and include these services in your quote if required.
Standard commercial usage for websites, eCommerce stores and social media is included in our pricing, which is why these images are supplied in web-ready formats.
If your images will be used for advertising campaigns, packaging, billboards, television or other high-reach media, additional usage licensing may apply.
