How we work
1. Prepare
We’ll work with you to understand your product and brand and what photos you would like to achieve. After finalising your shoot list and concepts we’ll then start sourcing props, stylists, and models (if needed) and most importantly confirm your shoot date.
2. Shoot
Our team of experienced photographers and creative professionals will meticulously style your products and bring them to life.
3. Deliver
We’ll do basic retouching of the images like colour management or more extensive retouching like background removal, which will have been agreed prior to the shoot. We’ll send you a link to download the images, and then, your product photos are ready for you to use.

Frequently Asked Questions
2-5 business days from shoot date depending on workload and post production requirements. If you have a hard deadline let us know (prior to the shoot) and we'll do everything we can to accommodate it.
Great question! Some of our top tips include:
- Sending products 1 week prior to ensure we can check everything has arrived and it can be cross checked against the shoot list.
- Product to be sent in shoot-ready condition–make sure there are no scratches or dints, packaging is assembled etc.
- Send multiple products, where feasible, so there is a backup in case product is damaged.
- Advise if refrigeration is required.
I wish there was a simple answer but it does really depend on the product and complexity of the shoot and type of clothing.
We’ve done hundreds of photoshoots so set up a 15 minute chat with us and we’ll be able to give you an idea of how long it will take.
Absolutely. We like to keep products until final images are delivered to you (just in case there is some colour matching is required).
With limited studio space we ask that you come and collect your products within 5 days of photo delivery. Alternatively, we can arrange to have them posted back to you.
